This assistance can be to provide advice on or supply materials, such as fabrics, wallpapers, floor covering, furniture, accessories, lighting etc.
The Company will undertake research into products and finishes which will be provided to the Client in the form of a recommendations report for their selection.
The Company can act on the Clients behalf in the procurement of any or all of their approved selections. When supplying materials a detailed quotation is supplied for Client's approval.
To secure the purchase order the Client is required to pay the Company the price agreed by the date provided on the quotation (should time laps between the date of quotation and agreement the estimated quote may vary due to price fluctuations in the market, this will be confirmed at time of ordering).
These package rates are based on a standard residential fit out and may vary with the complexity of the project.
Should the Client wish the Company to act on their behalf as a Project Manager to consult with suppliers, consultants and contractors to install the finalised design this can be agreed upon and will be billed at the Company's hourly rate or based on a percentage commission of the completed install.
