Should the Client wish the Company to act on their behalf as a Project Manager to liaise between them, the suppliers, consultants and contractors to install the finalised design this can be agreed upon and will be billed at the Company's hourly rate or based on a percentage commission of the completed install.
Co-ordination of Contractors can be untaken by the Company upon the Clients authorisation. The Company following Client approval of design drawings and full specifications will obtain estimates for the scope of work agreed.
The gaining of estimates is charged at $120 + GST per contractor / consultant quote tendered.
Once the Client has approved the estimated quote and contractors are appointed the Client then has the option to have the Company co-ordinate the work as project manager.
The commission for this service is 8% of the contractor's final account.
