The Company can act on the Clients behalf in the procurement of products and materials for their design project; building & landscaping materials, decorating mediums, furnishings, lighting, floor and window finishes, etc.
When supplying materials a detailed quotation is supplied for Client's approval.
To secure the purchase order the Client is required to pay the Company the price agreed by the date provided on the quotation (should time laps between the date of quotation and agreement the estimated quote may vary due to price fluctuations in the market, this will be confirmed at time of ordering).
Where deemed necessary the Company will undertake research into products and finishes to ensure their suitability for the respective project.
