Shaw Mad About Design can advise on window finishes that complements the Clients design scheme and act on their behalf as a Project Manager to consult with suppliers to install the finalised design.

This can be agreed upon at the Company's hourly rate or based on a percentage commission of the completed install.

The Company following Client approval will obtain estimates for the scope of work agreed.

This service is charged at $120 + GST per contractor / consultant quote tendered.

Once the Client has approved the estimated quote and contactors are appointed the Client has the option to have the Company co-ordinate the work as project manager.

The commission for this service is 8% of the contractor's final account.

Supply of Materials, fabrics, wallpapers, furniture, accessories, floor covering, lighting etc., supplied at competitive prices. A detailed quotation is supplied for Client's approval. To secure the purchase order the Client is required to pay the Company the price agreed by the quotation (should time laps between the date of quotation and agreement the estimated quote may vary due to fluctuations in the market, this will be confirmed at time of ordering).
